Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of JengaPlan, operated by JengaPlan Ltd (Registration: 155883326, Rwanda) ("we," "us," or "our"), including our website, AI business plan generator, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using JengaPlan, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

JengaPlan is an AI-powered business plan generator specifically tailored to support entrepreneurs, digital nomads, and freelancers. Users answer a series of questions, and our Service uses artificial intelligence to generate professional business plan documents. The Service includes:

  • AI-generated business plan creation
  • PDF and Excel document exports
  • KCB/RDB compliant templates
  • Subscription-based access tiers

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account and agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

JengaPlan offers the following tiers:

  • Free Plan: 1 Basic Business Plan, Single User.
  • Founder Pro Plan: $25/month (billed monthly) or $20/month (billed annually). Includes KCB/RDB Compliant Templates, 5-Year Financial Model, PDF & Excel Export.
  • Agency Plan: $89/month (billed monthly) or $71/month (billed annually). Includes White-label Reports, 5-Year Projections, Unlimited Clients.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our third-party payment processor. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on refunds and cancellations.

5. AI-Generated Content

Business plans generated by JengaPlan are created using artificial intelligence. The generated content is:

  • For informational and planning purposes only — it is not financial, legal, or investment advice.
  • Not guaranteed for accuracy — AI-generated projections, market analyses, and financial figures are estimates and should be independently verified.
  • Not a substitute for professional advice.

You own the business plans generated through your account. We do not claim ownership of your generated content, however, we may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our Service. JengaPlan is not liable for business decisions made based on generated content.

6. Acceptable Use & Intellectual Property

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, submit fraudulent information, reverse-engineer our AI models, or use automated scraping tools. The JengaPlan name, logo, website design, and underlying technology are our intellectual property.

7. Termination & Liability

You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard or by contacting us at hello@jengaplan.com. We may suspend your access if you violate these Terms or fail to pay applicable fees. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JENGAPLAN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
