Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines how refunds and cancellations work for JengaPlan subscription plans and services.

Free Plan

The Free plan does not require payment and is not subject to this Refund Policy.

Paid Subscriptions (Founder Pro & Agency Plans)

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. When you cancel:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • Your account reverts to the Free plan after the billing period ends.
  • Previously generated business plans remain accessible on your account.

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are billed at the start of each billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are billed as a single payment at the start of the subscription year. If you cancel within 14 days of your initial purchase or annual renewal, you may request a full refund, provided you have not generated more than 2 business plans during that period. After 14 days, no refunds are issued.

Refund Eligibility & Non-Refundable Items

We may issue a refund at our discretion for extended service outages, accidental duplicate charges, or persistent technical failures on our end. We do not offer refunds for successfully generated plans, dissatisfaction with AI-generated content quality, or partial monthly billing periods.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@jengaplan.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your account email address and reason. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
